Atlas is an internal finance-operations console operated by Raccoons Labs (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”). It is provided to authorised members of our workspaces to manage budgets, spend, claims, and payments. This policy explains what information Atlas handles and how.
Account information from Google. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We request only basic sign-in scopes (your email and profile); we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or other Google services.
Information you enter into Atlas. Data you and your workspace create in the product — for example budget proposals, spend and claim records, receipts and invoices you upload, counterparty and payment details, and comments.
Technical and audit data. Standard log data (such as timestamps and actions taken) that we keep to operate the service and maintain an audit trail of financial decisions.
We use the information above to:
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Atlas relies on a small set of processors that handle data on our behalf:
These providers may process your information only to provide their service to us.
Within Atlas, information is visible to other authorised members of your workspace as needed for the product to function (for example, a reviewer seeing a claim you submitted). We otherwise share information only with the service providers listed above, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
We keep your information while your account and workspace remain active. Because Atlas is a financial-records system, audit and transaction records may be retained after an account is closed as needed for record-keeping and compliance. You can ask us to remove information that we are not required to retain.
We protect information with encryption in transit, role- and workspace-based access controls, and row-level security in our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Because access to Atlas is managed by your workspace administrators, some requests may be handled through them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
