Terms of Service

Last updated 10 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Atlas, provided by Raccoon Labs Pte. Ltd. (“Raccoons Labs”), a company registered in Singapore. By signing in and using Atlas, you agree to these terms.

The service

Atlas is a multi-tenant internal-operations platform for budgeting, spend, expense claims, vendor payments, and approvals. It is licensed for use by organisations and individuals for their own internal business purposes. Access is by invitation and requires an account; Atlas is not offered to the general public.

Workspaces

Atlas is organised into workspaces, each with its own subdomain. Workspaces are independent of one another: the members, data, and configuration of a workspace are visible only within that workspace. A workspace may be operated by an organisation or by an individual, and no relationship between two workspaces, or between a workspace operator and Raccoons Labs, should be inferred from their both being hosted on Atlas.

Who can use Atlas

You may use Atlas only if a workspace administrator has granted you access, and only for the purpose that workspace uses it for. Access is granted and managed by the operator of each workspace, not by Raccoons Labs.

Your account

You sign in with Google (or, for designated service and break-glass accounts, a password). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify an administrator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access data or workspaces you are not authorised to use;
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent financial information;
  • attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the security of the service;
  • use Atlas for any unlawful purpose.

Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, such as claims, invoices, payment details, and supporting documents. Atlas records and processes this information to support approvals and payments but does not independently verify it.

Workspace data

Data submitted within a workspace belongs to the organisation or individual operating that workspace, which determines who may access it. Raccoons Labs processes that data on their instructions for the purpose of providing Atlas, and does not use it for any other purpose.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in Atlas and its underlying software are owned by Raccoons Labs or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to a workspace operator or user.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Atlas at any time, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty

Atlas is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raccoon Labs Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Atlas.

Termination

Your access may be suspended or removed at any time, including when you leave a workspace or the organisation operating it, or if you breach these terms.
