These terms govern your use of Atlas, an internal finance-operations console operated by Raccoons Labs. By signing in and using Atlas, you agree to these terms.
Atlas is a private tool for authorised members of Raccoons Labs workspaces. Access is granted and managed by workspace administrators. You may use Atlas only if you have been granted access and only for its intended internal business purpose.
You sign in with Google (or, for designated service and break-glass accounts, a password). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify an administrator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, such as claims, invoices, payment details, and supporting documents. Atlas records and processes this information to support approvals and payments but does not independently verify it.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Atlas at any time, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Atlas is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raccoons Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Atlas.
Your access may be suspended or removed at any time, including when you leave the organisation or a workspace, or if you breach these terms.
